Youthful and dynamic, Lester’s energetic disposition jumps out at you from the first time you meet. A people person through and through, his varied interests reflect his innate curiosity towards the world around him, allowing him to be equally comfortable discussing new technological trends, as with alternative music and sports. Lester has the unique ability to evoke excitement in those he meets, a testament to his passion for meeting new people and discovering new cultures. A self-proclaimed road warrior, this cycling aficionado aims to one day explore the breadth of Europe and Asia from the seat of his trusty bicycle. Decidedly humble despite his extensive experience and expertise, Lester strongly ascribes to honesty and integrity in everything he pursues. Combined with his shrewdly analytical mind, it allows him to bring to the fore unique solutions to challenges within a project. Always open to new ideas (especially if they’re shared over a good Nasi Lemak), he approaches each project as if it is a personal endeavour, sharing in the joy of his clients, their smiles when handed their keys, his greatest reward. Jeff got his start as a real estate negotiator and exhibits Dalai lama like levels of patience when it comes to walking clients through each stage of a project. A strong believer in teamwork, this affable father of two, has a hidden creative streak, spending his leisure time sharpening his musical composition skills on the keyboard. An avid travel junkie possessing a rabid appetite for new experiences, don’t let his calm demeanour fool you, as can transform into a consummate competitor once you’re peering at him across a table tennis net. Bringing reliability and steadfast commitment to the group, Jeff is a pillar of strength that brings balance to his teammates, and ensures the high standard of quality apparent in all his projects.
